Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced سيلز مبيعات Executive to promote and sell our Human Resources services to corporate clients in Oman, including recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, and end-to-end HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new corporate clients in Oman
* Conduct professional client meetings and deliver service presentations
* Negotiate terms, close deals, and manage client relationships
* Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
* Achieve assigned sales targets

Mandatory Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of proven experience in HR services sales
* Strong network and established relationships with companies in Oman
* 3-month probation period, subject to meeting sales targets
* Currently residing in Oman with a valid residence visa
* Must own a vehicle and hold a valid driving license
* Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
