Indoor Sales Representative (Off-Road & 4x4 Parts)

Key Responsibilities:
• Technical Consulting: Advise customers on the best off-road upgrades, including suspension systems, recovery gear, performance lighting, and armor.
• سيلز مبيعات Execution: Handle the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing and invoicing.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and identify high-demand products to ensure availability.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with off-road enthusiasts and local desert-driving clubs.
• Quotations: Prepare accurate quotes for complex vehicle builds and modifications.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in automotive parts sales (Off-road/4x4 experience is mandatory).
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of suspension geometry (lift kits, shocks), wheel offsets, and electrical accessories (winches, compressors).
• Vehicle Familiarity: Deep knowledge of popular platforms (Jeep Wrangler/JT, Toyota Land Cruiser/Hilux, Nissan Patrol, Ford Raptor/F-150).
• Communication: Fluent in Arabic; Good command of English (essential for reading technical manuals and communicating with brands).
• Computer Skills: Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Excel.
