Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Accurate Translation:

- Translate a variety of documents, including but not limited to, business, legal, technical, and creative materials, from English to Arabic and vice versa.

Maintain the integrity and meaning of the source text while adapting it to the cultural and linguistic nuances of the target audience.



Cultural Understanding:

- Possess a deep understanding of the cultural differences between English and Arabic-speaking communities to ensure translations are culturally appropriate and sensitive.

Quality Assurance:

- Review and proofread translated materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and coherence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any linguistic issues that may arise during the translation process.

Research and Terminology Management:

- Stay updated on industry-specific terminology and jargon in both languages.

Conduct research as needed to ensure accurate translation of specialized content.



Communication and Collaboration:

- Collaborate effectively with other translators, editors, and team members to enhance the overall quality of translated content.

- Communicate with clients or internal stakeholders to clarify any ambiguities and ensure accurate translations.

Meeting Deadlines:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver translations within established timelines.

Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
Native or near-native proficiency in both English and Arabic. Excellent writing and grammar skills in both languages
Proven experience as an English-Arabic Translator, with a portfolio of previous translations
Familiarity with various translation tools and software
Strong understanding of the cultural differences between English and Arabic-speaking communities
Meticulous attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality translations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to different writing styles and tones
