مطلوب Warehouse Coordinator الالشرقية للعمل في النقل والتوصيل والإمداد الدمام

* Maintain separate log sheet for all delivered items / rejected if Any.

* Monitor the Material overdue to enter in System (IFS) for Khobar, Jubail and Yanbu.

* Maintain & follow-up on OSDR & NCPR File (Non Conformance Product Report) & assure closure by concerned department.

* Maintain the daily delivery progress report for each driver take report from Jubail and Yanbu as well.

* Issue all gate pass for drivers.

* Prepare the materials by sheet for all items received and highlight the overdue items which laying in Warehouse for Khobar, Jubail and Yanbu more than 5 working days.

* Assure to have all files for all delivered goods transferred to finance dept. for invoicing.

* Assure to have the GR Posted in portal and chase for non-received GR.

* Maintain a monthly report of Material overdue, Material Received, & Material delivered. For Khobar, Jubail and Yanbu Warehouses.

* get weekly log & update from the 3 warehouses to assure above tasks are fulfilled.

* Request for GR for Aramco and SABIC , since this is done by our delivery officer and take time from them to upload through customer portal.

* Upload signed delivery note in IFS & maintain the follow up of POD ( Prove of Delivery) with courier.

* For CSI vibration Analyzers service orders the follow up with customers in terms of delivery and collection.
