Sales Representative مندوب مبيعات

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven سيلز مبيعات Representative to promote and sell our Renovation, maintenance and facilities management services in Dubai. The role focuses on generating new business, building relationships with companies and property owners, presenting service packages, and closing sales for both one-time services and annual maintenance contracts (AMC).
Key Responsibilities & Duties
• Identify and contact potential clients (real estate companies, property management firms, building owners, villas, offices, and shops).
• Promote company services including AC, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance, and annual maintenance contracts (Silver, Gold, Platinum).
• Conduct sales calls, إيميلs, واتس آب communication, and client follow-ups.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable service packages.
• Prepare, explain, and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Arrange site visits and meetings when required.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery after closing deals.
• Maintain accurate client records, leads, and sales reports.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and address objections effectively.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Female Filipino candidate only.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in maintenance, facilities management, or service-based industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Confident telephone manner and professional client-handling skills.
• Ability to understand and learn technical services at a basic level (AC, plumbing, electrical).
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, and إيميل communication).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
