Job Description: Telesales Agent
Location: Al Barsha, Dubai, UAE (On-site)

The Opportunity: We are looking for a talented and persuasive Telesales Representative to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating leads, closing sales over the phone, and building strong customer relationships. Your success will be directly rewarded through an attractive commission structure on top of a competitive base salary.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and self-generated lists.
· Present, promote, and sell our partners' products/services using solid, persuasive arguments and professional sales techniques.
· Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up diligently on all sales opportunities.
· Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
· Stay informed about product features, benefits, and updates from our partnered firms.
· Contribute to team meetings and share best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:
· Minimum of 1 years of proven telesales or telemarketing experience in the UAE. (Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills may be considered.)
· Fluent English is essential. Proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a significant advantage.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
· A resilient and positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection and persist towards goals.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
· Strong phone presence and active listening skills.
