Responsibilities
• Install paint protection film (PPF) and vinyl wraps with precision, ensuring high-quality finishes.
• Apply liquid ceramic coatings, waxes, and sealants for long-lasting paint protection.
• Install window tints, for heat rejection and (if applicable to shop services).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Inspect completed jobs to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers on proper aftercare for wraps, PPF, and detailing services.
• Assist in inventory management of detailing products, films, and tools.
Requirements
• 5 years proven experience in vinyl wrap installation, paint protection film application, and car detailing.
• Excellent communication English skills, reading & basic writing.
• Ability to work with precision, patience, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
• Certification or formal training in vinyl wrap, PPF installation, or detailing (a plus but not required).
• OR proven working experience for companies like Avery Dennison (or similar), Xpel & 3M.
• Experience with high-end and luxury vehicles, providing videos, links or photos are a plus.
• Customer service skills for interacting with clients professionally.
