Sales Manager – Marketing Services Oman Market Experience Required

We are looking for a motivated and experienced سيلز مبيعات Executive to join our team.

Requirements:
- Approximately 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the service industry
- Strong understanding of sales processes and closing techniques
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of the Oman market, with experience in selling marketing services to businesses
- Valid driving license (mandatory)
- Access to a personal vehicle (required for the role)
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus)

Compensation & Benefits:
- 350 omr base salary plus an attractive commission of up to 15% for each deal closed
- Performance-based bonuses upon achieving targets

Work Location:
Our office is based in Sultan Qaboos City (Near Al Khuwair) . However, flexibility is offered, and remote work is possible as long as sales targets are achieved within the specified timeframe.

• خصة قيادة سارية المفعول (إلزامي) -
• وفر سيارة خاصة (شرط أساسي) -
• تقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (أي لغات إضافية تعتبر ميزة) -

• لمرتب والمميزات:
• رتب أساسي 350 ريال عماني مع عمولة ممتازة تصل إلى 15% عن كل صفقة يتم غلقها -
• كافآت إضافية عند تحقيق الأهداف -

• كان العمل:
• قع المكتب في مدينة السلطان قابوس (بالقرب من الخوير)، مع توفير مرونة في العمل وإمكانية العمل عن بُعد يشترط تحقيق أهداف المبيعات ضمن المدة المحددة.
