Business Development Manager

Location: Ghala – Muscat

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the construction or fire safety systems industry.
- Develop and implement effective business growth strategies.
- Identify and secure new projects, clients, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government entities, and private sector partners.
- Follow up on tenders and analyze market opportunities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
