Are you a master of the dough? We are looking for a skilled Pizza & Majunat Maker to join our kitchen team. If you have a passion for authentic Neapolitan techniques and the precision required for perfect Majunat, we want to meet you!

The Role
You’ll be the heart of our oven operations, responsible for crafting high-quality, artisanal dough products that keep our customers coming back.

What You’ll Do
Dough Artistry: Prepare authentic Neapolitan dough, ensuring proper hydration and long fermentation periods.

The Stretch & Topping: Hand-stretch dough to achieve that signature cornicione (airy crust) and apply premium toppings with balance.

Majunat Mastery: Expertly prepare and bake Majunat, ensuring the perfect texture and flavor profile.

Wood/Stone Oven Management: Monitor high-temperature bake times (often 60–90 seconds) to achieve the perfect "leopard spotting" without burning.

Quality Control: Maintain strict food safety standards and ensure every plate looks like a masterpiece.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: Proven track record in Neapolitan-style pizza making.

Skill: Deep understanding of yeast, flour types, and temperature control.
