Camp Manager

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in managing labor camps or similar facilities

Proven experience in overseeing catering, housekeeping, security, and logistics services

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Experience in large construction or infrastructure projects is preferred

Job Description:

Oversee the full operation and management of the camp and all its services

Manage and supervise all camp staff (catering, housekeeping, security, maintenance)

Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards

Develop and implement daily and weekly operational plans

Monitor costs and optimize operational efficiency

Handle workers’ complaints and ensure high service quality

Coordinate with project management and main contractor

Prepare regular operational and performance reports

Camp Supervisor

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in supervising labor camps or similar field operations

Ability to monitor daily operations and ensure service quality

Good communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to work in shifts

Job Description:

Supervise daily camp operations including housekeeping, catering, and security

Ensure compliance with camp rules and regulations

Monitor maintenance activities and report any issues

Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth operations

Monitor and improve service quality

Maintain daily logs and report to management

Support implementation of health and safety procedures
