نبحث عن مشرف قسم نظافة ذو خبرة للإشراف على فريق الـ Housekeeping وضمان الحفاظ على أفضل معايير النظافة والجودة داخل الغرف والمرافق العامة.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

* الإشراف اليومي على فريق النظافة وتوزيع المهام
* التأكد من نظافة الغرف والمرافق وفق معايير الفندق
* متابعة مخزون مستلزمات التنظيف وطلب المسؤوليات الرئيسية
* تدريب الموظفين الجدد وتحسين أداء الفريق
* التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى (الاستقبال – الصيانة)
* التعامل مع شكاوى النزلاء المتعلقة بالنظافة
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• خبرة على الأقل 2-3 سنوات في نفس المجال
• مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية قوية
• إمكانية العمل تحت الضغط
• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (الأفضلية)

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and assign tasks
• Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained at all times
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies
• Train and guide housekeeping staff
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments
• Handle guest complaints related to cleanliness

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good command of English
