1. Core Service Responsibilities

A great salon experience starts before the first snip or brushstroke. Staff must:

* Build Relationships: Maintain a "client book" to remember preferences, allergies, and previous formulas.
* Upsell Services/Products: Suggest retail products (shampoos, serums) that will help the client maintain their look at home.

In a salon environment, cleanliness is non-negotiable. Staff are expected to:
