Job Summary:

- A manufacturing company working in the plastic industry, specializing in the production and distribution of a wide range of products hiring a sales manager who will be responsible for leading a team of sales in the western area of KSA, achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies.



Job Duties:

- Manage a team of sales and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Build strong customer relationships to increase customer loyalty and retention.

- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Manage sales budgets and prepare regular reports on sales activity.


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
At least 5-7 years of sales experience, including experience in sales management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
