4-Develop appropriate mechanisms to reduce costs and increase profitability, as well as innovate new ideas to improve productivity and raise sales.

5- Providing daily, weekly and monthly reports to the financial department and the head office, including sales, deficits, distribution between branches, collecting revenues and depositing them in the bank according to the system and making sure that they match the Daily branch revenues.

6- Follow-up and control of products and ensure the provision of high-quality foods and maintain food safety.

7- Full responsibility for ordering raw materials and work needs in the branch, monitoring and following up the inventory in the branch warehouse of raw materials, meat, etc., receiving invoices and orders from suppliers and registering them in the system.

8- Reduce waste and damage as much as possible and also make sure that all items on the menu are available.

9- Compliance with sanitary and professional conditions and full responsibility for the cleanliness of the branch, providing the right atmosphere for customers and providing fast and excellent service to them.

10- Apply the instructions and instructions received from the company's management directly and effectively.

11- Ensure the efficiency of the employees in the branch, including Cooks, Cooks, administrators, reception, cashiers, service and delivery workers, and ensure that they receive instructions and sufficient training to perform their role effectively in the branch, impose discipline among them and reward the deserving ones according to the company's standards, as well as ensure the smoothness of the branch cycle starting from the sale of the customer until he receives the order or service in the branch.
