Local telemarketing specialist (China cross-border trade business)

Our company is a Chinese-funded enterprise deeply rooted in the Omani market. Our core businesses include industrial automation equipment, ice-making equipment, complete cold storage systems, water purification equipment, and related engineering services . We have stable customer resources, a good market reputation, and a mature supply chain system in the Omani industrial equipment field.
To align with the company's strategic upgrade, we are officially launching our Oman-based general cross-border trade business . Leveraging China's high-quality supply chain resources, we provide Omani businesses with a one-stop cross-border trade solution, encompassing the sourcing, customization, and supporting technical services of all categories of Chinese goods. We are now recruiting telephone marketing specialists.

Job Responsibilities
1. Leveraging the local enterprise customer resources and system data provided by the company, we connect with various local enterprises in Oman through telephone, online communication, and other means to explore customer procurement needs.
2. Accurately record customer communication information, purchasing intentions, and required product categories; establish comprehensive customer files; regularly follow up with potential customers; and maintain good customer relationships.
4. Connect with customers' procurement needs and provide feedback to the company's domestic supply chain and business teams. Assist in completing the entire process of quotation, solution matching, negotiation follow-up, etc., and facilitate cooperation agreements.
5. Complete customer development, business promotion and other related tasks assigned by superiors, and strive to achieve the team's sales expansion goals.
Job Requirements
1. Proficient in both Arabic and English, with fluent spoken Arabic and clear expression, able to communicate and conduct business negotiations with local Omani corporate clients by phone without any obstacles.
2. Possesses excellent execution and time management skills, and is able to strictly adhere to work milestones to complete daily and weekly tasks such as customer communication, customer follow-up, and data statistics on time and with high quality.
3. Preference will be given to candidates familiar with the local market environment and business models in Oman ; preference will also be given to candidates with experience in telephone sales, foreign trade development, and local business liaison.
4. Possesses strong stress resistance and emotional regulation skills, adapts well to the work pace of a sales position, and can calmly handle various work challenges such as performance pressure and customer communication difficulties, maintaining a positive and stable mindset. Is stable in work, has strong execution capabilities, possesses excellent teamwork skills, and is willing to cultivate a long-term presence in the local trade market.
