Position: ELV Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ELV Technician to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ELV and security systems including CCTV, Access Control, Time Attendance, Gate Automation, Intercom, Fire Alarm, and Structured Cabling systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Install and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.
• Install and configure Access Control and Time Attendance systems.
• Install and troubleshoot Video/Audio Intercom systems.
• Install and maintain Automatic Gates, Barriers, and Automation Systems.
• Assist in Fire Alarm System installation and maintenance.
• Perform structured cabling, cable pulling, termination, and testing.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare material requirements.
• Troubleshoot system faults and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with supervisors and project managers for site activities.
• Prepare service reports and maintenance records.

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ELV/Security Systems.
• Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Gate Automation, and Fire Alarm Systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Valid GCC/Oman driving license preferred.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
