What You'll Own

• End-to-end workforce planning and scheduling across multiple shifts and locations
• Real-time monitoring of staffing levels and operational efficiency metrics
• Analysis of labor data to forecast demand and adjust headcount proactively
• Collaboration with operations and HR teams to ensure seamless execution
• Implementation of best practices to reduce costs while maintaining service quality
• Reporting and dashboards that give leadership actionable insights
