About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, autonomous, and passionate IT Technician to join our team. This role focuses on IT maintenance, video surveillance, and alarm systems.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and support for computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot video surveillance systems (CCTV, IP cameras, NVRs).
• Implement and maintain alarm systems, access control, and security infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, both on-site and remotely.
• Document procedures, incidents, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure system reliability and security.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and networking.
• Hands-on experience with video surveillance systems (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).
• Familiarity with alarm systems and security technologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in IT (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) or related fields.
• Experience with access control systems and smart building technologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Fluency in French and Arabic (English is a plus).
