About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Partnerships Manager - Growth to join our dynamic team in the UAE. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic alliances that drive business expansion and revenue growth. As a key player in our growth team, you will leverage your expertise in partnership development to unlock new market opportunities, enhance brand visibility, and create long-term value for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with the company's growth objectives.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including strategic partners, vendors, and industry influencers.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and clear deliverables.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to execute partnership initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners, prioritizing high-impact opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market dynamics in the UAE and GCC region.
- Drive joint business planning and co-marketing activities to maximize partner engagement and ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances.
- Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and managing successful partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the UAE and regional business landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
