Role Overview

We are seeking a Materials Planning Analyst I to join our team in Morocco. This entry-level role focuses on supply chain planning, inventory management, and materials coordination to ensure seamless production flow. You will work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to optimize material availability and minimize shortages.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze material requirements based on production schedules and demand forecasts.
• Generate and maintain purchase requisitions and inventory reports to support timely procurement.
• Collaborate with suppliers to track delivery timelines and resolve supply issues.
• Update ERP systems with accurate inventory data and planning parameters.
• Identify and escalate potential supply chain disruptions to senior planners.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in materials planning processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in materials planning, inventory analysis, or supply chain coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluency in English and French or Arabic is a plus.
