About the Role

Arrow's Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) business is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Operations Analyst to join our team in Morocco. In this role, you will drive operational excellence by analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, enhance data accuracy, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our global technology enablement operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data and key performance indicators to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to support business planning and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and finance teams to streamline processes and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Support the implementation of new systems, tools, and process improvements across the organization.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and present actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor and evaluate operational workflows to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling) and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the IT, technology distribution, or enterprise solutions industry.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CBAP, PMP).
