Role Overview

We are seeking a fluent German Customer Support Consultant to join our global team in a fully remote capacity. As part of SupportYourApp, a leading Support-as-a-Service provider, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences for top tech brands including MasterCard, Calm, and MacPaw. This is a remote position open to candidates based in Morocco.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support in German via email, chat, and phone.
• Resolve inquiries related to products, services, and account management.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain a deep understanding of client products to deliver accurate and empathetic support.

Requirements

Hard Skills:

• Native or near-native fluency in German (C1/C2 level).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in a customer support or service role.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and ticketing systems.

Soft Skills:
