Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Cementing Laboratory to lead our cementing laboratory operations and provide technical expertise in support of cementing projects within the oil and gas industry. This role oversees all laboratory testing, quality control, and research activities related to cementing materials and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the cementing laboratory team to ensure efficient and accurate testing of cement slurries, additives, and blends.
• Develop and implement laboratory procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to optimize cementing designs for well construction.
• Evaluate new cementing technologies and materials to enhance performance and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cementing laboratory management or similar role within the oil and gas sector.
• In-depth knowledge of cement chemistry, API testing standards, and downhole cementing operations.
