We are looking for a dedicated Concierge Agent to join the Rooms & Guest Services Operations team at Jakarta Marriott Hotel Gelora, based in Egypt. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for guests requiring special arrangements or services, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay. As a Concierge Agent, also known as a Guest Services Specialist or Hospitality Agent, you will handle requests for transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, and other personalized services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests for special arrangements or services.
• Coordinate and book transportation, including taxis, shuttles, and private car services.
• Make dining, entertainment, and tour reservations based on guest preferences.
• Manage dry cleaning and laundry requests with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide local area recommendations and directions for attractions, restaurants, and businesses.
• Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with a courteous and solution-oriented approach.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs and exceed expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in a concierge, guest services, or front desk role within a hotel environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with local attractions, transportation networks, and hospitality software systems.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and welcoming attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
