Director of Rooms

As Director of Rooms, you will lead our Rooms & Guest Services Operations, ensuring every guest experience is seamless, luxurious, and memorable. Core Responsibilities

• Oversee all front office, housekeeping, concierge, and guest relations functions to deliver exceptional service standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance guest satisfaction, revenue, and efficiency.
• Manage budgets, forecast occupancy, and control costs while maximizing profitability.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and revenue management to optimize room inventory and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance programs.
• Resolve guest complaints and operational issues promptly, maintaining the property's reputation for excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in hotel rooms division operations, preferably in a luxury or upscale property.
• Proven track record in achieving financial targets and driving guest satisfaction scores.
• Strong knowledge of property management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS) and revenue management principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in hospitality management (e.g., CHA, CHDM).
• Experience with large-scale events or conference services.
• Familiarity with sustainable hospitality practices and technology-driven guest services.
