About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Gestionnaire Achat to join BTECHNOLOGIE, a premium center of excellence for Bouygues Telecom, a subsidiary of the Accenture group, based in Rabat, Morocco. In this key role, you will drive procurement strategies, optimize supplier relationships, and contribute to the delivery quality and efficiency of our operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for goods and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget targets.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers through rigorous tendering and negotiation processes.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers to secure optimal terms, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor market trends and sourcing opportunities to drive cost savings and innovation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define procurement needs and specifications.
• Prepare and analyze procurement reports, KPIs, and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Ensure all procurement activities adhere to ethical, legal, and sustainability standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Proven track record in supplier negotiation and contract management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in French and English; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the telecommunications or IT services industry.
• Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• CIPS or equivalent procurement certification.
• Familiarity with agile procurement methodologies.
