Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cost & Price Engineer to join our team in Morocco. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing costs, developing pricing strategies, and ensuring competitive yet profitable pricing for our products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed cost analysis for materials, labor, and overhead to establish accurate product costs.
• Develop and maintain pricing models that align with market trends and company objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and sales teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor and report on cost variances, providing actionable insights to management.
• Prepare cost estimates for new projects and proposals, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
• Analyze supplier pricing and negotiate favorable terms to reduce overall costs.
• Support the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts related to cost and pricing.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost engineering, pricing analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and cost modeling tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of cost accounting principles and pricing strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Certification in cost engineering (e.g., AACE, ICEAA) is a plus.
