Gestionnaire Clientèle - Réseau Casablanca (H/F)

Attijariwafa bank, a leading pan-African universal banking group, is seeking a dedicated Client Account Manager (Gestionnaire Clientèle) to join its Casablanca network. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of individual and professional clients, delivering tailored banking solutions, and driving business growth within the branch network.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of retail and professional clients in the Casablanca region.
• Provide expert advice on banking products and services including accounts, loans, savings, and insurance.
• Achieve commercial targets for client acquisition, retention, and cross-selling.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Conduct risk assessment and ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with branch teams and specialized departments to deliver integrated financial solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the core banking system.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Client Account Manager, Relationship Manager, or similar role in the banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan banking products, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in French and Arabic; English is a plus.
• Proficiency in banking software and CRM tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical skills and client-oriented mindset.
