About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Customization Specialist to join the MPD team in Ain Sebaa, Casablanca, on a project contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing tailored packaging solutions that meet specific client requirements, ensuring product integrity and brand consistency. Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customized packaging designs based on client specifications and product needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure seamless implementation.
• Select appropriate materials and packaging formats, balancing cost, sustainability, and functionality.
• Conduct testing and validation of packaging prototypes to ensure durability and compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, adjusting designs as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of packaging specifications, revisions, and project milestones.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members on packaging customization best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in packaging design or customization, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, structures, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, AutoCAD, or similar CAD tools.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Fluency in English and French is required; Arabic is a plus.

• Experience with sustainable packaging solutions and eco-friendly materials.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for packaging in the Moroccan market.
