What You'll Own

• Full responsibility for workshop production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization
• Direct oversight of mechanical fabrication processes, ensuring quality and efficiency at every stage
• Leadership of a team of skilled technicians and operators, driving performance and continuous improvement
• Implementation and monitoring of digital tools to modernize production tracking and reporting
• Management of inventory, raw materials, and equipment maintenance schedules
• Enforcement of safety, quality, and environmental standards on the shop floor
• Collaboration with engineering and design teams to refine manufacturing methods

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Chef d’Atelier or Production Manager in mechanical fabrication or industrial manufacturing
• Deep understanding of machining processes, assembly techniques, and quality control
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Familiarity with digital production management systems and lean manufacturing principles
• Problem-solving mindset and a relentless drive for efficiency and precision
• Fluency in French and ideally Arabic or English for cross-functional communication
