Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our hotel team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, security, and presentation in all assigned rooms and public areas. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Ensure all rooms are replenished with linens, amenities, and supplies as required.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas.
• Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to achieve daily operational goals.
• Respond to guest requests and special requirements courteously and efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping or cleaning role preferred.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods; ability to lift and carry up to 25 kg.
• Language: Basic English communication skills required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
