Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled BMS Operator with a strong background in Facilities Management (FM) to join our team in Qatar. This role is crucial for maintaining and optimizing building management systems, ensuring efficient and safe operations across our facilities. Ideal candidates possess technical certifications and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in BMS and FM.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure optimal performance of HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of BMS equipment to prevent downtime.
• Respond promptly to system alarms and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Collaborate with the facilities management team to implement energy-saving strategies.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports on system operations and incidents.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a BMS Operator or similar role in Facilities Management.
• Valid Technical Certification in BMS, HVAC, or related field.
• Strong understanding of FM protocols and building automation systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Qatar.
