Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and professional Reception Manager to lead our front office team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our hotel's operations, you will oversee all reception activities, ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes, and maintain the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily front desk operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, reservations, and inquiries.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor room availability and optimize occupancy rates.
• Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, billing, and payments.
• Implement and enforce hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards.
• Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback for management.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel front office or reception management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Hospitality or tourism degree preferred.
