Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Multi-Skilled Technician to join our hotel maintenance team in Kuwait. This role focuses on executing scheduled preventive maintenance in alignment with the hotel's Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) program. The ideal candidate will ensure all equipment and facilities operate efficiently, minimizing downtime and enhancing guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks as per the hotel's PPM schedule.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests from guests and staff.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and hotel standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or engineering preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel maintenance or a similar multi-trade role.
• Proven knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and building systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
