What You'll Own

• Full responsibility for shift production targets, ensuring output meets quality and quantity standards.
• Real-time troubleshooting and problem resolution on production lines to minimize downtime.
• Implementation and enforcement of safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Coordination with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and preventive maintenance without disrupting flow.
• Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Leadership and daily coaching of production operators and technicians.

What You Bring

• Engineering degree (Engineer or Master 2) in Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Mechanics, or Industrial Maintenance.
• Proven experience in industrial production environments.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to lead diverse teams under pressure while maintaining high morale and discipline.
