Role Overview

LEONI is a global leader in energy and data management solutions for the automotive industry, employing around 86,000 people across 21 countries. We are currently seeking an Expert Digital Workplace professional to join our team in Tunisia. This role is central to designing, implementing, and optimizing our digital workplace strategy, ensuring seamless collaboration, productivity, and user experience for employees worldwide.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital workplace roadmap, aligning with business objectives and emerging technologies.
• Manage the deployment and continuous improvement of collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
• Drive the adoption of digital tools and best practices across the organization through training and change management initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze workplace technology performance, user feedback, and key metrics to identify areas for enhancement.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and business units to ensure integrated solutions that support remote, hybrid, and in-office work models.
• Maintain security and compliance standards within the digital environment.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital workplace strategy, IT project management, or a related role.
• Deep knowledge of modern collaboration and productivity tools (Microsoft 365 suite, intranet, video conferencing, etc.).
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and change management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (French is a plus).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Certifications in Microsoft 365, ITIL, or project management (PMP, Agile).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity basics, and enterprise mobility management.
