Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced T&C Manager to lead our Terms and Conditions operations. In this critical role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and management of contractual frameworks, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies. Core Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain standard terms and conditions for contracts, agreements, and service offerings.
• Ensure all T&C documents comply with local and international regulations, mitigating legal and operational risks.
• Collaborate with legal, sales, and procurement teams to negotiate and finalize contract terms with clients and vendors.
• Monitor changes in relevant laws and industry standards, updating T&C templates accordingly.
• Provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual obligations, rights, and risk management.
• Manage the lifecycle of T&C documents, including version control, approval workflows, and archiving.
• Conduct periodic audits of existing contracts to ensure ongoing compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Train and support team members on T&C policies and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management, legal compliance, or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of contract law, regulatory frameworks, and risk management principles.
• Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex contractual terms.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Law or Business Administration.
• Professional certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CCCM).
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) software.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
