About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Responsable Commercial (Commercial Manager / Sales Manager) to join our team at Proinject, a subsidiary of Poulina Group Holding. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to lead commercial initiatives, expand market presence, and contribute to the continued growth of a well-established group operating in Tunisia.
The ideal candidate will bring a strategic approach to business development, combining hands-on sales execution with the ability to build lasting client relationships and identify new revenue opportunities.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with Proinject's growth objectives and Poulina Group's overall vision.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
- Lead the full sales cycle — from initial contact and needs assessment through negotiation and contract closure.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging opportunities and inform pricing and positioning strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including operations, marketing, and management to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards to senior management.
- Represent Proinject at industry events, trade shows, and professional networking functions to strengthen brand visibility.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in coordination with leadership.
- Mentor and support junior commercial team members, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a commercial, sales, or business development role, ideally within a corporate or industrial environment.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in French; proficiency in Arabic and/or English is a strong asset.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and standard office software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Tunisia as needed.
