What You'll Own

• Full ownership of the QHSE management system (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
• Regulatory watch and compliance across all sites in Casablanca
• Incident investigation, root cause analysis, and preventive action plans
• Leading internal audits and preparing for external certification audits
• Training and coaching teams on safety culture and environmental best practices
• Reporting QHSE performance metrics to management

What You Bring

• Bac+5 degree in Engineering, QHSE, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a QHSE leadership role
• Certified Lead Auditor (ISO standards) is a strong asset
• Deep knowledge of Moroccan regulations and industry standards
• Fluency in French and English; Arabic is a plus
• Proven ability to drive change and influence across all levels
