Role Overview

FoodFund International (FFI) is a family-owned collection of home-grown restaurant concepts, each brought to life from initial concept through to memorable dining experiences. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of our brands in Kuwait. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused environment and wants to grow with a company that values family, quality, and innovation.

Core Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service, food quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house staff, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
• Financial Performance: Manage budgets, control costs (food, labor, supplies), and drive revenue growth to achieve profitability targets.
• Guest Experience: Maintain exceptional customer service standards, handle feedback, and resolve issues to ensure every guest leaves satisfied.
• Inventory & Supply Chain: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of fresh ingredients.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations, and ensure all licenses and permits are current.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably within full-service or fast-casual dining.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Language: Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Other: Valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a family-owned or boutique restaurant group.
• Knowledge of Kuwait’s local food scene and customer preferences.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction scores.
