As a Freelance AI Trainer focused on customer support, you will contribute to the development and refinement of AI models by evaluating and testing their performance in real-world customer service scenarios. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in customer support who are looking to apply their expertise in a cutting-edge AI environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated responses to customer inquiries for accuracy, relevance, and tone.
• Provide detailed feedback and ratings to improve AI model performance.
• Participate in training sessions to align AI behavior with customer support best practices.
• Identify edge cases and ambiguous queries to enhance model robustness.
• Collaborate with project managers to refine evaluation criteria and guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (CV must be submitted in English with proficiency level indicated).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with AI concepts or prior experience in AI training is a plus.
• Ability to work independently on a freelance, project-based schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with chatbot or virtual assistant training.
• Knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage.
• Background in quality assurance or content moderation.
