Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Casablanca, Morocco. This HR recruitment role involves end-to-end hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, and placement across various sectors. The successful candidate will play a key part in matching skilled professionals with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach
• Conduct initial screening interviews and preliminary candidate assessments
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment database
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Negribute offer terms and facilitate the employment contract process
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to reduce time-to-hire
• Ensure compliance with Moroccan labor laws and company recruitment policies

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources
• Strong understanding of the Moroccan job market and hiring landscape
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in French and Arabic; English is a plus
• Proficiency with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, regional job boards) and HR software
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and meet hiring targets
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of employment regulations and contract management in Morocco
• Results-driven mindset with strong negotiation and persuasion skills
