What You'll Own

• End-to-end P&L ownership and strategic direction for your assigned non-food category
• Vendor negotiation, relationship management, and contract optimization to drive margin improvement
• Data-driven assortment planning, identifying gaps, trends, and high-potential product opportunities
• Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain, and commercial teams to execute category initiatives
• Performance tracking, reporting, and continuous optimization of category KPIs
• Market and competitor analysis to maintain a decisive competitive edge in the Qatar market
