About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Institute of Private Training to join our senior administrative and academic leadership team in Kuwait. This is a Director-level position reporting directly to the VP for University Engagements. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the private training institute, ensuring academic excellence, strategic growth, and institutional compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Institute of Private Training, aligning institutional goals with organizational objectives.
- Oversee academic program development, curriculum design, and quality assurance across all training disciplines.
- Manage day-to-day institute operations, including staffing, budgeting, resource allocation, and facility management.
- Build and maintain partnerships with universities, industry stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate faculty and administrative staff to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with local accreditation standards, educational regulations, and institutional policies.
- Develop and implement enrollment strategies to drive student recruitment and retention.
- Prepare and present regular reports on institute performance, KPIs, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and academic integrity throughout the institute.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Master's degree or higher in Education Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in educational leadership, training institute management, or academic administration, with at least 5 years in a senior management or director-level role.
- Proven track record of managing private training institutes, educational programs, or university-affiliated centers.
- Strong knowledge of accreditation processes, educational quality standards, and regulatory frameworks in the training and higher education sector.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, budget management, and organizational development.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred.
