What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and maintain robust fullstack web applications from front-end interfaces to back-end services.
- Architect scalable and reliable distributed systems that handle complex data flows and high-volume workloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low-latency responses and high availability.
- Write clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code following best practices in software engineering.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement of development workflows.
- Debug and resolve complex production issues across the entire technology stack.
- Stay current with emerging web development technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance product quality.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer or Backend Developer in a professional environment.
- Strong proficiency in server-side languages such as Python, Node.js, Java, Go, or similar.
- Solid experience with front-end frameworks including React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Deep understanding of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong grasp of systems design principles, including load balancing, caching strategies, and fault tolerance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of message queue systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
- Background in event-driven architecture and real-time data processing.
- Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
- Experience working in agile/scrum development teams.
