About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting systems.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to public health outcomes and program performance.
- Collaborate with program managers and technical teams to define reporting requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and maintain data models, queries, and stored procedures to support analytical and reporting needs.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on report interpretation and data tools.
- Ensure compliance with WHO data governance policies, confidentiality standards, and data quality frameworks.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in report development, data analysis, or business intelligence roles.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
- Hands-on experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
