Role Overview

The Responsable Technique (Technical Manager) is responsible for defining and steering the company's overall technical strategy. This leadership role involves supervising all technical activities, ensuring operational performance, and actively contributing to the organization's growth and development. Based in Algiers, Algeria, this position is critical to aligning technical operations with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and pilot the company's technical strategy in alignment with organizational goals
• Supervise and coordinate all technical activities across departments and project teams
• Guarantee the performance and efficiency of all technical operations and infrastructure
• Contribute to the development of new products, services, or technical solutions
• Manage and mentor technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to support business expansion initiatives
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical management or senior technical leadership role
• Strong background in overseeing complex technical operations and multidisciplinary teams
• Solid understanding of engineering principles, project management, and operational excellence
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-departmental collaboration
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
