About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QMS Coordinator to join our team in Tunis. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and continuously improving our Quality Management System in alignment with international standards. You will work cross-functionally with multiple departments to ensure compliance, drive quality initiatives, and foster a culture of operational excellence across the organization.

Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards.
- Plan, schedule, and support internal and external quality audits, ensuring timely closure of findings and corrective actions.
- Develop, review, and update quality policies, procedures, work instructions, and process documentation.
- Monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Facilitate root cause analysis and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Organize and deliver quality-related training sessions to ensure employee awareness and competency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements relevant to the organization's operations.
- Maintain organized records and documentation to support audit readiness at all times.
- Support management in preparing for certification audits and recertification processes.
- Act as a point of contact for quality-related inquiries from internal stakeholders and external parties.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a quality coordination, quality assurance, or QMS-related role.
- Solid understanding of ISO 9001 standards and quality management principles.
- Experience participating in or coordinating internal and external audits.
- Strong knowledge of root cause analysis tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, and 8D methodology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with quality management software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
- Certification as a Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor in ISO 9001 (or equivalent).
- Familiarity with additional standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or industry-specific regulations.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of risk-based thinking and its application within QMS frameworks.
- Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or service-oriented environments.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools for quality reporting.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills for training and stakeholder engagement.
