About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead national-level talent strategy and shape the future of recruitment within a dynamic industrial environment based in Tunis, Tunisia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple business units
• Build and manage relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and professional networks
• Design and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
• Oversee workforce planning and hiring forecasts at the national level
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives
• Manage and mentor the recruitment team to ensure efficient hiring workflows
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to continuously improve hiring outcomes
• Ensure compliance with Tunisian labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or human resources recruitment, preferably in an industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategic hiring plans at a national level
• Experience with employer branding and candidate experience optimization
• Proficiency in data-driven recruitment and HR analytics
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Fluency in French and English is highly preferred; Arabic proficiency is an asset
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
